I was a broker in Las Vegas working with a firm and things were going well for about 6 months, until management asked me to do some things that weren’t in line with my values, and so I quit based on principle to take a decrease in pay because I knew it was the right thing to do. I choose to pursue an honest career where I am truly making a difference for families.
